I felt so protected yesterday at the AV Courthouse. In the past I always got through the doors quickly as I wear a suit and tie. Not yesterday, but the Sheriffs at the front door handled my high anxiety with strength, kindness and created a good rapport. The Sheriff in the back of the lobby looked like military ops. I like that. A lot. The Sheriffs at the entry were so nice when I had to keep going through the metal detector. If every law enforcement officer in America acted the way I saw our AV Sheriffs act at the Courthouse our nation would be stronger than ever. May God bless you all. Stay safe.

Sheriff's are rude, self help center workers never see everyone or complete task && workers @ the window never wants to explain anything just advise you to go to self help where theres long long lines not a guarantee that you'll be seen & you have to come back in the morning

I'm trying to find out my court date
You check them in a process called "elections." People need to dig a bit deeper to find information on judges and judicial officers before voting in judicial elections. Just checking a box to say "agree" to the reelection of a sitting judge, or voting for a contested judicial seat based on how many people the candidate prosecuted and threw into prison, is the reason why we have the judges we have.
They are ABC driving school. And I believe it is called the High Road DUI course. If you look up DUI classes In Lancaster Ca they should come up in Google. But I believe there is only 2 or 3 different ones in the Lancaster area.
If the mistake is on marriage certificate only, then you should contact CDPH at 916-558-1784 or going to www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CHSI/Pages/Correcting-or-Amending-a-Marriage-Certificate.aspx If name mistake is on birth certificate that was then copied onto marriage cert, then yes - court must change your name. Hope that helps.
Go make an appointment to go see court file at the filing window. You might have to pay for copies
If this is for non payment in the begining you should have given them a 3 day pay orcquit notice then Have them served with an eviction notice. Take them to court. It takes some time but you can get them removed.
Check with LA County Recorder's Office 44509 16th West. That is where they do the civil ceremonies
