If you're looking for professional and compassionate assistance, you will not get it here. They do not listen to you when you speak about your circumstance, they talk over you to get you out of the way as if your problem does not matter to them. (True definition of "being here for just a check") - I don't understand how people employed in this industry can lack compassion for families in desperate need trying to resolve issues. I was redirected to speak to a case worker, who was STILL rude and lacked compassion. She made sure to talk over me as I was speaking and explaining the situation, after every statement she responded with "well... try to talk to the courts because I can't help". It's really disgusting, and genuinely heartbreaking how much it shows THEY DO NOT CARE!.

this place is absolutely horrible they take your kids first and then ask questions later I lost my kids because I got a DUI because I took medication and then a car crashed into me and they took my kids for a year-and-a-halfstay away from DCFS they're horrible they will take your children and they won't give them back!!!!!! Took my children and I couldn't get them back because I took medication and drove the accident wasn't even my fault............I have severe anxiety and bipolar type one I have to take medication and because of and they use that against me and kept my children away I have to take the medication in order to be sane any used that against me be very careful with these people tell them nothing only only only answer the question and give them nothing nothing about your life nothing about your kids they will turn everything around I mean everything even how you give your children baths or how you change them or anyting they use anything and everything against you we are in the middle of trying to sue these people. get as much help as you can do what they say I guess but don't tell them anything extra except for what they ask just the questions they ask nothing nothing nothing else!!!!!!!!!!!??

I had the worst experience with these people. They take your words and twist them into their own version of what they think you met. They go off hearsae in court and accept text messages as evidence try and force you too for to classes and test off of one person's false statement who bye the way wasn't even available to attend court. This system sucks
