This branch is amazing. We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here and it was an amazing day. Employees were super nice. And the party host was very helpful. They made my daughter’s day. I will definitely be back here. I highly recommend this location

This place is ghetto and very dirty. As we arrived there was no one to check us in. We waited to be checked in for 15mins. Once we made it to the counter to order things there was a girl at the register being very rude and nasty to customers. I listen to her use profanity and curse out another employee as well as a customer that she was helping. My children were standing there and heard all of this mess. Not too mention their patrons were also ghetto there were teenage kids play fighting and running through the place cursing. Omg..let’s not talk about the wait time for food was 2hrs. I ordered two 45 minutes play cards, 1 bag of cotton candy and four drinks for a total of 74$. I will never return here again. If you all are comfortable with watching the employees fight in front of customers as well as minor children then please visit this place, if you are okay with sitting in a dirty establishment then this is the place for you. I would have rather drive to Victorville chuckie cheese than come here. Please avoid this place at all cost.

They are very short staffed, but Donald tried his best, and I appreciated his service. They have weekly deals. Prices definitely went up. expect to spend a good amount of $$ on food. Overall my kids had a blast, didn't really see anything "not in service" staff was friendly.

Yes definitely. My son that's not understand the requirements to keep his face mask on as well but Chuck e cheese is very understanding they're more concerned about older teenagers and as adults but they are very understanding

They do give discounts for seniors and buying the card for the games is fun you pay for 30 minutes or 1 hr all the games you can.

Personally when i was working as a hiring manager I was more likely to hire someone who was willingly to cme bk and check then hire someone who didn't or someone who just called.. So if U have the time just go bk dressed appropriate and ask to talk to a hiring manager
Try walking in and speak to the manager, you have to be persistent show them that you really want to work there. Times are hard good luck!
