Over 30 years ago we had another oil supplier with auto deliveries. On a bitter cold mid-winter Sunday we ran out of oil. Our 92 year old mom was with us. We needed fuel right away! Our regular supplier wouldn’t come out. I called Ciardelli. The owner came out and put 5 gallons in the tank and got the furnace going. We've been with Ciardelli since that episode. Today Ciardelli performed another miracle. Our hot water heater died yesterday. With my wife and I, and 3 grandchildren in the house, we needed hot water pronto. What did Ciardelli do? Step 1: last night they had the supplier deliver a HW heater closer to us. Step 2: at 8:30 am their tech was at the house disconnecting the old HW heater while Step 3: another tech picked up the new HW heater and brought it over. Step 4: at 11:30 we have hot water. Now THAT!!! is what I call service. Thank you again Ciardelli.

I am very impressed with the knowledge, honesty and professionalism of the Ciardelli reps who recently diagnosed and replaced our faulty furnace. I had been unaware that my furnace was leaking dangerous fumes; fortunately Ciardelli spotted and fixed the problem before it became more serious. A special thanks to Tony for his very helpful guidance and advice in choosing a new furnace - also to Kevin for a very professional installation. I feel fortunate to be a Ciardelli customer!

So happy I made the switch to Ciardelli Fuel. From day one the service has been outstanding. They came out to inspect my system before their first delivery and found an issue that wasn't up to code. They fixed it and it's nice to have that peace of mind when propane is involved. They have delivered on time with no issue using their automatic delivery. Look anywhere else for fuel!!! This family owned business decides when they deliver. I am trying to keep our monthly bills down and they refuse to deliver every 3-4 weeks. They won’t deliver until the tank is running on fumes and I get a 1300$ bill!!! No customer service and definitely no compassion!! I can’t switch companies because they won’t return my calls or respond to emails asking them to release the tank!! Also they charge more than any other fuel companies in the area!! Good service, integrity and trust is the foundation of a reputable company. Ciaradelli lacks all three!!
