William came out from Lava Propane to refill and problem solve our tank. My wife had a good experience with William in the past when I wasn’t home. This being my first interaction with him I was amazed at his professionalism and attitude. William is 100% one of the good guys. He conducted his business with complete integrity and did a very thorough walk through during the job and following the job completion. Williams work ethic, education on his field, and communication skills are unmatched. We will continue to request William for following refills and any work needed. Can’t rate high enough.

What a fantastic experience! From the very first call, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Had a site visit to confirm everything was in order for switching to Lava Propane. Bill & Antonio showed up on time and got to work. They noticed the existing tank was nearly empty and arranged to install their tank this afternoon. WOW! I had a backup plan but these gentlemen made it easy and pleasant. Also, Kathryn in the office, was very helpful and pleasant. ALL businesses should be run this way. Grateful for these quality people, quality service and fair prices. Highly recommend! Thank you

Very bad customer service had to wait 3 weeks for propane after numerous calls and who knows how much business lost when the driver finally came I asked if we get any type of discount for the wait he decided to yell and say he feels attacked and that lava is the fastest responding company and everyone is losing business also the owner is rejecting customers further more saying the owner does not want new customers. I have been doing business with them for some time now but maybe it’s time to look for other companies that don’t let the driver talk to customers the was this driver did. My review has nothing to do with the delay or pandemic it is solely based on the extremely bad customer service of a driver that quote says he is the best driver lava has he delivers more tanks per hour then any other driver
