Shout out to the team working tonight. Sometimes this location is hit or miss.They actually took the time to make sure our order was correct and The food was so good. Hands down, the best taco bell I've had.

I don't know how Taco Bell was blessed with their current Employee Tonya P at Red Bank location in Cincinnati Ohio but she is GOLDEN!! If she could be cloned and put at every Taco Bell I would never eat anywhere else! Her Customer Service and Efficiency is Unmatched and Outstanding!! She's a Keeper do Not lose her Taco Bell!!! ❤️❤️

I frequent this store routinely for lunch and have always had tremendous service. I stopped for a quick impromptu dinner this trip and was completely disappointed. I ordered the 3 taco combo meal with an additional 2 tacos. When I arrived at the window, there were four people standing there. I paid for my food and was handed a bag. I checked it and quickly realized I was shorted my two additional tacos. I motioned to one of the employees who opened the window and said, "What‽". I explained that I was missing my additional tacos. She relayed the information to the person making food. They closed the window and I saw them all giggling about something. When they came back to the window and handed me my food, I asked for additional sauce packs. She hesitated and said she already put some in my other bag, I reiterated that I needed additional and that three packs of sauce wasn't sufficient for 5 tacos. She put a few more packs on the bag and handed me the bag. I pulled over in a parking spot to eat and when I pulled the two extra tacos out of the bag they were crushed and not edible. This was done intentionally and inexcusable. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would encourage their management team to address this issue.

This location usually isn’t an issue. But today I went through the drive thru and the order taker got irritated when I politely said I could not hear her, then the person at the window which may have been the same person, did not seem to be interested in conversing with customers. I got my order, a blue raspberry lemonade freeze, and it does not have lemonade in it. As well as some type of chicken in my nacho Belgrade. Slightly disappointed after today’s visit.

I always walk in and eat. The prep time can be slow sometimes, but for the most part the people with whom I interface always seem friendly and welcoming.
