The drive through line was incredibly slow and we had to wait by the order window for a long time for someone to take our order. Then the Manager was hostile when addressing a price discrepancy from what the drive through board said and what they charged me. Then the credit card machine was not working properly so they ran several cards multiple times trying to get the machine to work. Lastly, the food ordered was dry and sloppily prepared making this a horrible experience which is what I’ve come to expect from this Wendy’s location.

Every time you come here they have doors locked and when you go through drive threw they always have a reason not taking orders. Saturday = can't take orders for 30 min due to shift change Sunday can't take orders computers are down. Monday can't take orders cause it's raining and they do have power lol. Wow. Monday June 16 at 715 ish if the manager wants to act on this info. Worse employees ever.

The food was hot and fresh. I'd rather wait for hot good then be rushed thru for yesterday's leftovers(maybe a tiny bit of an over exaggeration) so the so so slow service was frustrating we did get good food. The problem was severely under staffed(like everywhere) and not the friendliest person(only saw 2 total so kinda understood) so with all that said, still 4 stars cause they were open and the food was fresh and that's a harder job then people give credit for.

I Normally Don't Write A Report On Restaurants But They Have The Worst Customer Service Ever I Ask The Manager Is This How My Sandwich Suppose To Look And She Said That Thats How My Sandwich Is Supposed To Look An She Wasn't Making It Over When I Ask Her To Make It Over She Refuse To Make It Over For Me And When I Ask For My Money Back She Refuse To Give Me A Refund And Told Me That All Sales Are Final At This Wendy's An The Whole Staff Thought It Was Funny So In My Eyes I Will Never Come Here Again An I Will Tell My Family And Friends To Never Go There And To Tell Everybody They Know Don't Go There As Well
