I sat in the drive thru for almost 10 mins. Car ahead of me ordered, I pull up. They take the next lane over’s order. My turn? Nope. Another order. Then tells me just a moment… takes ANOTHER car’s order in the other lane. THREE different cars’ orders ahead of me, and gonna tell me hold on a moment. This is the closest McDonald’s from the zoo when getting back on the highway. You need to do better than this. I left without ordering.

The McDonald's on Mitchell Ave. absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in cursing over the order speaker at customers being short and dismissive. Just a general lack of respect for themselves or anyone else. RATCHET

They always tend to forget something and I did curbside pickup, the guy that gave me my food just sat the bag in my hand and walked away he didn’t even make sure everything was right. Once he walked away I checked the bag myself and something was missing, luckily the young girl that was giving someone else their order seen my concern and was nice enough to go inside and get the item was left.

The drive through speakers barely work. When you go to pay at the first window the lady was so concerned about her phone and she didn't realize I was there for several minutes. Holding up the line. She was so rude and disrespectful when she handed me my card and receipt bag that my card flew out of her hand I should just drop the receipt in my window. Even though my hand was out to grab it. Nothing short of unbelievable disrespect. Then I get to the pickup window and they asked me not once but twice what was my order. I understand when I get super busy orders get cleared off the screen things can get confusing. But for the same person to ask twice what my order is in the first time she repeated it back to me. And by the time I got my food it was a continued disaster. Like dumpster fire 2.0. My breakfast burrito legitimately only had cheese on it. Am I seeing when she was completely unwrapped in the bag. And a drink wasn't even a full drink. A good inch short of being full. This place was ridiculous

Oh!! And if your food does happen to be fresh and not from under the heating lamp you're lucky because most of the time you cant have anything on the menu. Fryers are down, ice cream machine is down, mcflurries are out, theyre out of ground beef, no chicken anything after ten and anything else on the menu, they dont sell anymore.. smh
Just cuz you live in a poor neighborhood doesn't mean that you have to act like a hoodlum . i know your parents taught them better . managers employees should be more respect to customers . everyone at that restaurant should be fired.

Polite service is good, but it doesn't make up for sitting in drive thru for up to 30 mins at night.
They suck, go literally anywhere else and you'll be better off
Just bring to their attention. They always replace it with no problem.
