I can't say enough good about customer service at this particular Arby's and I would highly recommend The smokehouse brisket and the Angus burger both were delicious.

It's very rare that you get good customer service at a fast food restaurant. But I must admit yesterday the young lady who's working at Arby's with out of her way to make me happy. I saw that they had peach lemonade. I asked if they had peach iced tea. She said no but she can make it for me. And that's just what she did. It was delicious. I had the chicken salad sandwich. It was delicious too and the curly fries. I don't normally eat fast food. But I was impressed with Arby's.

nice folks but messed up the order. they fixed it. the curly fries were old but the crinkle cut were fresh.

Very disappointed - I was supposed to get a beef and cheddar and a small crinkle fry - the bun was so stale it broke in pieces while trying to take a bite cheddar?? There wasn't any cheddar except a dime-size squirt fries taste it like they came out of the freezer!! In addition to that the drive-thru was extremely slow won't be back for a long time!!

If they sell, management would have some made. Trying to anticipate random spikes in sales is impossible. They work on averages. So if the average sale of an item for that hour is one, that is what they prepare. Call ahead or tell them you will wait for fresh.
Take the receipt's survey. Specifically name which store, date, and time. Request a refund....or take the sandwiches back, if you still have them. Either way, they will fix it.
