Not only are they slower than a snail they'll take the order of someone else who just cut in line when everyone else has been waiting for 15-20 minutes. I was getting lunch for my manager because we were short staffed and the other manager was out sick. I decided to go to a different place after that incident. Even my manager said that a different place would be better than ordering from somewhere that hires the rudest employees. It put us an hour behind on breaks and none of us are going here to get food again.

What is wrong with the drive-through system here? Taking 30 to 40 minutes every single time! Something needs to happen and this needs fixed it. You were losing a lot of service because of it. Very disappointing.

Be patient. Try back when it's not during rush hours. I had a problem once and I had to call a couple of times. They answered the second time I called and addressed my problem and were very nice and apologetic. This is our family's favorite McDonald's location.

Awful service. I’ve came here three times this month to this location for the drive-through and have been disappointed every single time. At least 30 to 40 minutes of weight. I end up pulling out along with other cars. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

back in the seventies I had a big brother of America that between him and his father owned over 20 some McDonald's and we're big and corporate in the Middletown area let me tell you none of the employees would still be working at this store if Steve Posey was still running corporate.
