There was 3 people ahead of me in the drive thru it took 20+min just for my order to be taken. Then one of the employees was talking out the garbage and complaining and cursing the whole time.

They use door dash and grub hub for delivery.
I have had several issues recently. The manager is beyond rude, and one incident racist comments were only brought from the manager. When the issue was only incorrect change.. and idk how that equals racism. Just saying. They got some work to do at that location that's for sure.
I don't know how long ago you had your bad experience but the present Manager is wonderful !!! She actually called and left a message on my phone to make things right after an incident that involved a mistake in my order .😊
