Went for lunch with my mother in law and two daughters (under two) The service and food were amazing! It's been awhile since we've dined at larosas; we normally do delivery.

Yeah it's not ideal for the environment but they do that so they don't have to wash the dishes. Like if it is really busy they might do this.
They have a small counter, that serves mostly wine. I would not call it a bar.
They have hoagies and pasta soups and salads a variety of food for children and adults proportioned nicely very satisfying
