I thought this was fast food more like slow food

Polite service is good, but it doesn't make up for sitting in drive thru for up to 30 mins at night.

but it seems like they are under staff I mean the whole purpose of fast food is to be fast I used to work at Arby's and I can get orders out under a minute

Or maybe wait all day food 😕

I know the sign says 24 hours but why when I get off work around 2am the store is.never taking orders until sometime after 430 this is crazy

I agree service is a bit slower than other places around rush hours because of understaffing but the people politeness makes up for it!
