I usually get their chicken sandwiches but this time I only got a frosty cuz it was so hot I usually get the chocolate but I tried the strawberry which is new and it was really good it kind of tasted like a creamsicle I would recommend it.

A little disappointed, dont want to complain to much.Because they was most likely short staffed, but the fries was kinda like they reheat them or to long under the light or something. Was not fresh and was not really hot. Sandwiches was also not very warm or hot.The lady's working they was nice and friendly.

This is hands down the worst Wendy's we've ever been to. My dad and I stopped in for a quick lunch, and the people working do not speak English well enough to even understand what we were saying. Could not get the order straight. The food is absolutely terrible. The chili was extremely runny, extremely spicy. Doesn't even taste like Wendy's normal chili. Got the apple slices on the side, there was barely enough to equal 1/4 of a small apple. My dad's fish sandwich was awful as well. The manager was very rude, we asked for the senior discount and she said we don't do that here in a very nasty tone. They need to take a lesson from the Wendy's in Dent on Harrison Avenue, and the one in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Much nicer employees and the food is much better. Now that it cost us almost $20 to get nothing, we are not going to put up with that. They care about keeping business. We will never be back here again. Edited to add:. The soft drink machine is leaking all over the floor and it's very slippery. They put a sign up, but the manager was completely ignoring the floor being very wet and slippery. I had to personally walk up and warn people to be careful.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. My boyfriend and I ordered TWO things for breakfast, no others ahead of us in line. At the second window, we’d not gotten all of our food. When we asked for the extra item, she’d passive aggressively handed us something completely different. For a better idea, we ordered extra honey butter, we were given an extra sandwich. We had to drive all the way around the building just to wait again and ask, for the third time, for the extra item. Not only that, the chicken honey butter sandwiches themselves, had NO HONEY BUTTER whatsoever. I tried to call and complain but was hung up on. I do not recommend this Wendy’s at all, you’re better off going to Taco Bell next door; At least there you’ll be treated with respect. I don’t know if these two specific ladies were just plain rude and dumb, but every time I’ve been to this Wendy’s it’s always an issue. Whether it’s the wrong food order or just nasty attitudes. Save your time, money, and patience, go somewhere else. I wish them women got fired, they do not need to work with the general public.

Not everyone gets the same service each time. Try it again and see if it's the same way.
At least it was 11:55, I’ve gone there several times an hour before closing only to be told there computers are down for 45 mins. Several other times it’ll be 45 mins to an hour before closing, they’ll have the lights shut off and the employees trying to hide. It’s no wonder they almost always have a “now hiring” sign posted.
I think drive thru and carry out only with mask
