Called first, made an appointment. Showed up, car I was to test drive wasn't there was "being driven by the owner". Went back the next day to drive the car and it had over 1000 more miles than listed, obviously from being driven by owner while listed for sale. Told Nick I wanted it and was told I would be contacted the next day with an offer for my trade. 3 days later I called after not hearing anything to be told "we have been really busy, let me check......they still didn't have a solid offer on your car and had just sold the one you wanted this morning". Very shady and unprofessional.

They are nice people up there I bought a lot of trucks in my days and so far they're the nicest people that I've talked with taking anything on the lot that I wanted with no questions asked every one of them are nice people I've bought in Tennessee I bought from that place across from Agway you got a couple of people in there I should mind their manners and stuff shouldn't get so mad at people so easy but right Wheels anytime I want something they hunt for it until I get it they are good people like I said their prices are decent and if anybody is looking to buy an automobile check with right Wheels first they are great great people to work with I give them a 5-star all the way

I purchased my vehicle at Right Wheels with an extended warranty but when it came to the extended warranty company paying for the whole repair we were going to have to pay $400.00 on top of the $100.00 deductible. Somehow the wonderful employees at Right Wheels worked it out so we only had to pay our $100.00 deductible. Thank you all so much for listening, caring and helping us!
