I dreaded purchasing a used car because it's a huge financial commitment and I wanted to get a fair price. From the time we walked on the lot at Hollingsworth Auto Sales, Beaty and his team made us feel comfortable. There was no pressure, no games, just a friendly, down to earth sales team that gave us factual information about the car we were interested in. They very transparent and never pretended that the car was perfect. I did a lot of research on the model car we purchased and I know the price was a fair one and it included a 3-month warrantee. They even applied for the tags so I did not have to go to the DMV and wait in line. After a week, we did have a small problem, I called Beaty and he immediately resolved the issue at no charge to us. I would recommend friends and family to Hollingsworth Auto Sales because it was an easy process and Beaty and his team stand behind their cars!

Let me start by saying that, due to previous bad experiences with "the grind" and lots of add-on fees, I try to avoid car dealerships whenever I can. However, due to the good reviews for Hollingsworth of Raleigh and the fact that they had just the car I was looking for, I gave them a try. I am very glad that I did. The environment in the dealership was informal and inviting, like coming to a friend's house. Julianna helped me right away and pulled the car out front for me to inspect prior to the test drive. There was no pressure put on me and I inspected the car mechanically for as long as I wanted to and then took it for a test drive. It was just as it had been described in the listing. I felt that the price they were asking was very fair and I went in expecting to at least have to haggle over lots of add-on fees to make up for the reasonable price of the car. To my great surprise, Julianna told me that "the price is the price" and I left 10 minutes later with the car, the paperwork and a huge smile on my face having paid not a penny more than the listed price. She even filled up the tank with gas for me after the deal was done and without my even asking. Needless to say I am very pleased with the transaction and I will be considering purchasing from Hollingsworth again in the future. Thanks again Julianna!

I took my 2011 Sonata to Hollingsworth for an price quote this week. The people were friendly and easy to work with. I received a fast, fair quote, and decided to sell it same-day. I left the title at home, so they rode with me to get the title and complete the sale. It was an easy process and feel very good with the result. I would absolutely do it again, and I will check Hollingsworth the next time I am looking for a used car.

Great experience! We found the car online, called and talked to Walt about it, drove 2 hours into Raleigh on a Friday afternoon, and Walt had us out the door with our new car in about an hour. They are a reliable family owned business that treated us like family in the process. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful. Highly recommend! We will be back!
