After reading about the vehicle on the web, I asked my wife to contact Enterprise in Raleigh for additionally information. A helpful Enterprise employee known as “V” answered the phone and gave us additional details which included an estimate of the total sale. The way “V” handled our questions greatly contributed to our decision to go forward with the purchase of our Jeep. He remained professional and courteous during and after the sale. Even more impressive to us was how “V” went the extra mile by bringing to our residence a garage opener that was left inside the vehicle we had just traded. This makes the third vehicle that we’ve purchased from Enterprise since 2005 and is, without a doubt, the best experience of this type of transaction we’ve had. In summary, “V” did a great job and is the kind of employee that will soon become an outstanding supervisor. Looking forward to future purchases there. Tony Castro

Enterprise Car Sales, I want to take the time to thank you for the wonderful and painless car purchase. Not sure if all were as "conscienctious" as our sales man. But cool toned, collect with all our questions, tentative as this was our first purchase from "Enterprise Car Sales" on Glenwood ave. The only finnicky part of our visit was a quick sip of "hot" coffee, that morning/afternoon was really cold and it was early enough to not allow me to think more effeiciently. All & all our sales person was on the mark, worked hard to get us out, keys in hand and off on our way. In these days of "Covid" you might want to tend to the customers idol moments, 9 a bit of a tough few years.... yes, its a used car but a good CAR!!! even though I've purchased many cars in my time, I did feel the team there was beyond efficient!!!
