Affordable Auto Works is my shop for body work on my cars. The work they do and customer service is one of the best I've seen. I had my rear bumper repaired and it looks better than when I got the car! The customer service from Miller was above and beyond. When we had problems getting a rental car through insurance she spent a long as it took to get me in line for a car, and when they had me scheduled 4 days or to get a rental she worked her magic and I got a rental in 2 days. She stayed in touch with me with updates until I was on the road again. The repairs took about a week when other shops couldn't get us scheduled for months. If you have work on your car that needs done, this is the place to go. Thank you all at Affordable Auto Works for everything.

Mr.Brandon and Ms.Miller what can I say, they were very patient when I expressed my needs and listened actively to me. They did very excellent work on my front bumper and then when I had a car problem that had nothing to do with my front bumper they helped me for free! These people not only care about the job that they do but the people that show up. I would recommend anyone going to them.

If you are looking for a place that will treat your prized possession with the type of care and attention to detail that it deserves then go no further. You have found such a place. Beyond the technical skills their greatest attribute might be the outstanding customer support that they deliver. Richard and Miller were always eager to answer any concerns and questions. Because of the car accident that we had most of our dealings were with Tevin. He was responsive and even called us from time to time to keep us apprised of the procedures and work that were being performed. He didn't just write up an estimate and walk away. He explained what was damaged, how it would be repaired or replaced and even did troubleshooting that was not originally noticed. His work and stewardship throughout the process was exemplary. In the beginning he explained how the insurance claim would unfold and what we could expect. His responsiveness never waivered. I can't say enough good things about him but just hope that if you need someone with his skill set that you are lucky enough to work with him. Our car is now returned and looks and operates better than ever. Although you wish that something like this never happened it is comforting to know that the people at Affordable are there to truly "have your back."

Short version: A+ Service, job well done, satisfied customer. Affordable auto works gave me fantastic price on repairing some paint damage on my brand new Jeep. My hood was hit with some rocks causing some rust-spots and paint dings going to the body. Affordable was able to squeeze me in a week earlier than promised, slashed the quote of other shops by literally 50%, and I am exceedingly happy with the end result. They did a fantastic job and I will be happy to recommend my friends.
