Unfortunately, 3 days later it had some problems. 1 call to Katherine, a few minutes on hold and Katherine and Javier immediately had me bring car back and they took care of everything, no questions asked. No hassle, nothing but immediate attention and immediate fix. WOW! Let's be honest, a used car without a warranty "as is," is what it is. MANY places would have walked away. Legally, they can. Not really impressed on my first visit. The vehicle we wanted to look at when we arrived had visibly bald (worn out) tires, broken windshield and a dead battery. While they did offer to fix these issues they also topped it off with a low ball offer on our trade in. I'd avoid this lot unless you want to get bottom dollar for your trade in and pay top dollar for your purchase.

Honestly I can say the reason why I received the best service was because of Sam the owner and Miss Katherine. They are good people who'll just going to provide good services to their community and this is why I would recommend them to anyone. They do not give off the sleazy I'm trying to just hurry up and make you buy something vibe. The owner is willing to work with you to look for the middle. Images Katherine is one of the best when it comes to handling the paperwork quick and efficiently. I hope Sam continues to work there for a while because he has a heart of gold that will make you melt due to the fact he is just so, it's so peaceful about everything. I appreciate the quality service my husband and I received from them.
