Terrible experience. 100k car. Dirty, chip on the door. They keep you waiting for an hour to clean it. You have an appointment for a week and they are not ready.

I picked up delivery of a 7-seat model y here and the rep was very friendly. It was raining during my slot and I found it frustrating that there is no shelter for the car. I had to inspect it in the rain. I had a factory defect at pickup and they scheduled me for a fix the following week. That date was later rescheduled due to parts availability. They supplied a $100 Uber voucher for the date of service. Very easy to use and process. I made sure I had my Uber app signed in with a credit card linked before my appointment. On the day of -- I parked my car and got out. That's all you do to check-in. A Tesla rep messages you too for any Q's. I took the extra measures to tell them I parked. My voucher was available and linked to Uber automatically. I called an Uber to take me to work. About 20-minutes in on my drive, Tesla updated me via the app that my repair was complete. I was very early, so I took another Uber back to pick it up. I messaged my rep to be sure I didn't misunderstand; they verified that it was indeed complete but they could not provide pictures of the work. It took less than 30 minutes for them to do that. I went back and used my Tesla app to locate my car in the sea of identical vehicles. The work was indeed completed and I am satisfied with the outcome. Of note, they did leave some debris from the work in my seat. They had to remove and replace the fuzzy upholstry m the back, and some of the fuzz was still in the seat when I picked it up. Nothing a quick vacuum can't fix. Would have been a nice touch if they took care of that.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager was rude and completely unwilling to help.

Just picked up my new model Y about 4 weeks ago. No major problems so far, however I have a rattle in the back passenger window, and a clicking noise in the front driver side tire rod that you can hear when you accelerate or slow down. The interior is very cheap and flimsy. My biggest complaint is with the range. I have the performance model, and I am supposed to get 300 miles on a full charge, however I am lucky to get 220-230. My advice to Tesla would be to advertise the cars with an underestimated range, so at least the customer won't be disappointed. Ex; If the cars range is 300, advertise it at 250-300. Also, the whole ordering experience and pick up when my car was delivered was not that great. All of the employees are very arrogant and condescending, and make you feel stupid for asking basic questions. Also, they did not have any models for me to test drive or even look at when I ordered my car back in January. I was stupid, and fell for the trap. Anytime you are spending $70,000 on a car, you should be able to test drive it and definitely look inside or sit in it. Also, the customer service should equate to $70,000 level. After all, the customers and our money are the main two reasons they are in business! I am extremely disappointed with my car, and very angry that I bought a Tesla in the first place! I owned my car a little over 4 weeks, and traded it yesterday for a Volvo, which I had before I had the Tesla. Never again! I also plan to tell my friends and everyone about my horrible experience with owning a Tesla. Don't buy one, you WILL regret it!

You can do this in your Tesla app. Click on your profile avatar then go to "account" then "wallet". You can add multiple credit/debit cards there
They just want to know your current policy information.
Dealer only.
They don't have super chargers on site, they only have lever 2 chargers which most of the time are always occupied
You can add a tow hitch to the MY or MX. You can easily put a road bike in the MS with wheels on, with the seats down. There are some 3rd party options for tow hitches for the M3 and MS.
No. The Tesla Store is the goto for Services, New vehicle pickup. Scheduled test drives. Turo app is a spot to view Teslas for rent.
This is the service center, the show room is a few blocks away.
You can find that information through Tesla's website when ordering. Order your car and the details will be on the final page. It'll take you a minute or two to find that detail.
Drive in. From your Tesla app under Service, enter the tiny url on your cell phone from the message that was sent to confirm your appointment. You will be prompted to choose whether you are Dropping Off, Picking Up, Returning a Loaner or a Walk-in. A technician will call you back shortly and come out to welcome you. If the lobby is open, you can use a counter-top kiosk tablet and follow the screen directions. That said, if you are asking about the Raleigh Service Center, be advised that they have moved from the Westgate Park Drive location, to 7101 Glenwood Ave, a much larger facility.
You need WiFi to get all the updates. They will push out required updates over lte, but much later.
Need bit more detail in your question. However, the Tesla website will let you configure any model Tesla that they currently sell and it will give you the price of the car.
Don't know but give them a call. Very helpful. Our employee had a Spanish name.
This is the wrong place to be asking for troubleshooting. Why don't you Schedule a Service in the app and take it in for a fix?
Yes it is. You can schedule your appointment by using the Tesla app and selecting "Collision Repair".
You might want to ask Tesla about it
Yes they do, however, no guarantee that a preowned vehicle will be on the lot.
I suggest to go on order now page on tesla.com, waiting time depends on the trim, you can see that on the order page when you select your configuration. It can be from few weeks to months. Leasing has been recently added for Model 3 too, but with NO option to buy the car at the end of the lease.
It shouldn't be too high for the standard+. Shop around. Situations differ, but I can recommend Erie.
We visited unannounced and they let us sit in a model 3 and talked at length with us. To test drive we had to make an appointment , though at a less busy time we might have been able to test drive.
Call and ask
