Spoke with Sean over the phone he was kind enough to explain in detail and give me advice on parts upgrades and he took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciate it! Great customer service

I originally came from Florida and flew to Boston yo pick up my car. I would just like to say the staff was extremely professional and handled everything properly. I have a hard time trusting dealerships but east side is the way to go. My sales representative was Bel, and he went out of his way to help me with my car buying experience. The finance director even helped me with the temp tag issue. Big thanks to east side motors you guys are the best!

I purchased a sweet BMW from ESM, unfortunately the rear tires were in pretty bad shape. When I called ESM spoke to the owner he said absolutely we will take care of that. Couple weeks later first time at the shop, there are some sweet rides on that lot...I was greeted by the staff which was very simple and easy process in and out in no time. Thank you ESM!

I had scheduled a stage one APR tune on my new Audi S5. After speaking with the technician who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we decided that it would be best to have the vehicle inspected by Audi because I just purchased it from Carvana. Most shops would have thought about the money instead of my best interest but not this place! This is my second APR tune from Eastside motorsports and they are hands-down the best! As soon as I get the car inspected, I will be back to get my stage one tune! Thanks again guys, great job!

I dont know about tuning but I got a carbon fiber vinyl wrap for my 2019 wrx hood plus a part of the front bumber (to make it look more complete) for $300 excluding the vinyl purchase itself. If you look through the pictures on eastside the blue wrx from 10 days ago with the carbon fiber hood is mine.
Violation of warranty is specific to what you do to the vehicle. For instance a subwoofer install would not violate an engine defect neither would a suspension install. However the part you install and all components it effects it could void the warranty. I say could because it doesnt always but unfortunately it is on you to prove that it did not damage the vehicle if something happens. Kia has a lot of lawyers that will try to prove otherwise. Hope this helps.
