First Call Transportation

This service picks up my neighbor every morning and honks the horn incessantly. I have called First Call and they said they would ask the driver to call instead of honk, but the driver continues. I went outside and personally asked the driver to call instead of honk, particularly in the early morning. She said okay. 7am the next morning she was honking again. We live in a quiet neighborhood where many people do not work a typical 9-5. Lots of nurses, doctors, and law enforcement officers. Totally inconsiderate.

Very good people. Respectful polite and so much more I could say. They really care for there clients my brother goes to price center. afternoon staff is great very polite and respectful

It was 45 degrees this morning and the driver of this van left the van open, waiting for staff that SHE KNEW would not be out for 15 minutes to take her non-verbal, developmentally delayed passenger! Shame on this driver!!!

Tried to call to file a complaint and got hung up on. Terrible employees working in the office, been hung up on by two different men. They aren’t being safe, nor are they properly equipping their vehicles to safely transport clients due to COVID. Awful and not professional. They are taking advantage of the differently abled to make a buck. If anyone knows where I can file a complaint with the state please let me know. They are criminally negligent.
