This is a good medium sized gym. Everything was clean including the bathrooms and showers. Bo the manager is cool, and always willing to help out. Surprisingly it wasn't very busy, so maybe that's a plus. I had a great experience here.

The staff here is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming! You can tell they invest a lot into creating a nice experience with new equipment, a comfortable layout, and super clean amenities. This gym has been a totally different experience for me compared to other gyms, in the best way! It has a small feel so you don’t have to deal with crowded workout floors, yet has all the variety of equipment I’m looking for. Love it!

Spencer is a fantastic trainer! He’s really helped with my posture, strength, and weight loss. I like that this gym isn’t full of people, so I feel better about exercising.
