The young guy who helped me 2 Saturdays ago was great, courteous, and helpful. The finance manager who helped finalize our deal was good as well. Now that is out the way, Used vehicles should be cleaned. Vehicles should actually be driven and inspected correctly. The thing that frustrated me to the point of almost not purchasing the truck I did was the fact that the front tire’s had broken belt that could visually be seen due to outer edge being bald as well as the shake and pull experiences while driving. The rear tire’s have flat spots and signs of cupping which resorts in shake/vibration from the rear of the truck. Not to mention the shake when applying the brakes in the steering wheel which clearly indicated the front rotors needed turning/replacing. The truck was literally dusted and not cleaned inside nor out. When that was brought to attention only answer received was well it’s sold as is and the only thing we can do is just replace the front tires. The windows looked as if someone had cleaned them by licking them there was left over spilled drink in the cup holders as well as it smelled like Lysol but no one ever wiped anything down at all. It was caked up on the dash and front windshield. Yeah I bought the truck, yes I am happy with the truck but for this to be a considerably large known dealer I will say that is piss poor quality of service. I have 20 years in mechanics and automotive. I am still in the automotive business everything from alignments, mechanical repairs, management, and tires. With that being said I have knowledge of what I’m not happy about.

Victor was awesome!!! We called ahead and he had the vehicle up front and ready to test drive. Sales process was simple. He even came in the next day on his day off to make sure the financing went smoothly. Would definitely recommend Leith and go see Victor.

Even with the vehicle having to be shipped, he kept me updated as he learned more about the status of the vehicle, allowed me to drive it before signing, and made sure I was fully aware of the functions and features it had to offer.
