We ordered metal roofing material. One of the employees at Builders Discount Center help to select the color based on a piece of existing material we already had. When the material came in, it was the wrong color. It did not match. Instead of offering solutions they just said over and over again it was non-returnable. Needless to say I will take all my building material purchases elsewhere in the future. A little apology, a little discount, a little caring about the situation would’ve gone a long way. It’s not the problem that was the problem, but the attitude that presented itself when the problem arose. There are other suppliers in the building business who care a lot more.

Great place, in and out kind of place, you drive in your truck, stop in front of what you're buying you load it into the truck they give you a little slip you go inside pay and you're out in less than 5 minutes and what did I get 14 2x8 x16 and their price way cheaper than Lowe's and home Depot

Absolute joke. You advertise your deck package completely different then what you charge. I upgraded to block instead of cement and screws instead of nails. I paid $90 for delivery and you didn't deliver all materials. You have a typo on your end and I'm charged an additional amount. I don't see how deck screws, and block upgrade is a $200 difference plus your screw up on 4×4 , I'm paying $300 more than your package advertised for. No discount wherever for your screw up. I had to pick up the rest of my material needed to build this deck. You could've discounted the delivery charge or done away with it since you delivered knowing all material wasn't loaded, you could've called to say all material wasn't loaded, instead I had to call you. Seriously not good customer service at all. I will never buy from your business or recommend your business again. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
