Great shotgun range and a good area for a back country ramble. The hunting...well lets just say it's a good place to roam around. Also, looks like they are building a 25 to 50 yard pistol/rifle range for 2022!

Nice wildlife area with a beautiful pond. There's a semi mowed path by the pond which provides some nice views. Some watchouts includes ticks and the occasional animal hole along the path. The holes are pretty deep and I could see someone twisting or breaking an ankle.

Yes you need to buy a range permit from ODNR to use the shotgun ranges.
I was there 2 weeks ago and there's lots of weeds and algea, other than that its not bad fishing.
Dawn and dusk are the best times. However its catch and release
