This corporate office and the apartment complex they manage “butchertown flats” in Louisville, ky are so unprofessional and just horrible as a whole! Neither of them help with the issues you have as a tenant! Run away from anything brookside properties manages!

We were moving from Florida to The Meridian apartments in Knoxville Tennessee. They knew we were moving from out of state. When I arrived to get the apartment I found out that the 2 bedroom I was renting was really a 1 bedroom with a den. The second bedroom next to the livingroom had no wall dividing it from the living room. There was wet paint splatter from the livingroom to the bathroom and it smeared when touched. The heat did not work and the carpet in both bedrooms was soaking wet. I was sent to a sister property Copper Pointe and was given the run around there as well. Ultimately we went somewhere else . I would never rent from this company as I said knowing that we were moving from out of state and this is how we were treated.

Slumlord. If pictures could be here these walls would talk. they left my family in a sewage flowing, dilapidated half excuse of an apartment for 390+ days while ignoring all maintenance requests, no office manager on site, just to sell our lives while still collecting rent. Left me with holes in the ceiling and floor, medical bills, and an uninhabitable apartment. The worst management company in existence.
