One of the best hotels to stay in Milwaukee. Front desk was very accommodating to my request. The room is small side, but it is clean and having a nice view of the lake. Definitely back here to stay.

They also permitted an emergency Amazon delivery of a pair work boots which I greatly appreciated and urgently needed All around excellent experience and priced as such

Stayed at many hotels and this is easily among my favourites. The staff is impeccable. The restaurant is delicious. The amenities are great. The gym has two pelotons and full equipment spread + weight sets. The rooms are clean and well-taken care of. The area easily supports walking anywhere worthwhile in-town. I couldn’t recommend more! Shout out to Julia from reception who brought me ice, water, and some goodies when I hurt myself and was noticeably struggling. That was beyond kind but nothing unexpected for this fabulous hotel.

Fantastic hotel and our stay here honestly was the best part of our trip. We were stuck without a room unexpectedly and things were selling out fast downtown--it was a busy weekend here. We were getting pretty worried but the westin staff, Adriana and Ruby, really pulled through for us the property is beautifully maintained, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We love how dependable of a flag a bonvoy always is!
