I honestly could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From my first phone call to Dennis the owner to the last nail that was put in by Jeremiah and his partner there was nothing but a true sense of pride and caring they put in to doing a fantastic job and wanting to please their customers. They were such an amazing place to work with and they took the time to individualize my job not try to sell me more expensive things I didn't need and made sure we were all happy with the results. I couldn't be more thrilled with my new finished basement space and stairs. This company comes with soo many years of experience and they have encountered all sorts of issues along the way. I was absolutely confident that what I thought was a disaster in my basement they would know how to address and they over exceeded my dreams. David and his team at Albany Carpet Warehouse deserve ten stars! My project was a kitchen with old peel off flooring and a basement with green golf course turf-like carpet from 30 years ago for my townhouse. David showed me all options and demonstrated a real knowledge of products and kept my budget in mind. My space was measured the same day, and 5 days later, I have a transformed kitchen (vinyl wood-plank) and new carpeting for the basement, washer dryer area and stairs. I'm beyond impressed. Steve, the installer did amazing work and is a perfectionist. They have been around for over 35 years, and I'd challenge any big box store to come close to the cost and quality. Thank you David, Steve and all else at Albany Carpet Warehouse. They understand the customer completely, and have made another very satisfied customer!
