Please do not let these people switch you to first net. They are committing fraud there by telling you something that’s not true. For six months I have had so many issues. The sales person told me was switching my plan but changed over my service. I hope someone starts a class action law suit against them. I would give a zero if that was available

Was quoted new phone would be $16 per month and was $20.28 per month once we reviewed the receipt after we were rushed out. Rep told us he could not print the receipt until pressed to do so. Seemed like he had others things to do then help us. We asked about phone colors choices went into back room and came out with a blue color which we hated and he said if we wanted anything else it would be 2-3 weeks. The rep we dealt with at first was not on so he made it clear that they were commission based but he would help us (thank you). The rep was clearly looking to move onto another customer and was disengaged. Could not be less satisfied than I am right now and unless we needed to add this line quickly we would be moving to a new carrier. Adding another line to an existing contract should be appreciated and dealt with honestly. This was in no way the case with ATT. We are now stuck with an additional $4 per month than we expected x 36 months or $144 which is not a lot of money but not what we were quoted.

They promised me a screwed up line that they deactivated would be reimbursed by loyalty- so to just open a new one. I’ve talked to loyalty for several hours and they are willing to pay $10. I was charged $170 extra due to the lies of the store employees (i never would have opened the new line!) I’m awaiting supervisor calls from loyalty support but they just keep saying the store messed up. This store promises things often via call center only for call center to say they misled you. Of course the store can’t refund the lies and if i try to leave att for this bs i get super fees. This is theft. My bill normally is $172. They said to expect $185ish. It’s $347. Store should be ashamed! (Still have the post it of loyalty’s number to call)

The salesperson was new and many trips to supervisor. We were greeted at door and taken to table for service. We were purchasing a new phone, and restating a tablet. It took over 2 hours with multiple trip to super, with questions. 4 times repeating numbers, license, and pertaining info. I have supervised many and trained many . She made no effort to assist the young man. My opinion she could have been MORE helpful to assist this new employee 🙄
