New spot on second floor but same great staff providing the stellar service. I should not drift far from the three great stores in Albany and Rensselaer. Grant is top notch but I could tell the other associates were just as competent. Smaller location right off the food court since December 2021.

Don’t even bother going to this location, The one lady sales rep has no idea what she is talking about wants to mis sell you Verizon products just to hit her bonus. Higor the store manager is not friendly at all complete waste of space. When advised his sales rep sold me a product that is completely useless to me he instead that the restocking fee would not be refunded when I had the product for literally 2 hours. he stated it would effect his bonus if he waived the restocking fee. Im sorry man not my fault you don’t properly train your teammate especially when you know there was a product that could have been offered first to make my life easier. AVOID THIS STORE !!!!

Don't bother, waste of time! Waited 45 minutes (after a 30 minute quoted wait) to be told to do everything online myself. Short staffed isn't an excuse when your manager refuses to wait on customers

Worst Verizon store I have ever been to. The employees literally hid in the back and avoided customers. When you do beg one to come out, they act bothered. Usually, the issue I have with Verizon or any carrier is the upsell, but here it was the opposite. They don't want to sell you anything. They also don't offer any information. Found out that we were eligible to get buy one get one iPhone, but that was never brought up. Now it's too late so we lost out on that deal. Aside from that, just terrible customer service. There were three sales people there and all of them were hiding. Idk if Verizon pays them poorly or what their issue is, but they are not happy to be there and they make that very clear.
