In march 2022 I took my truck in to have the yearly undercoating inspection done. They are supposed to rinse off the under carriage and apply where needed. Well they never rinsed off anything but sprayed the stuff everywhere locking in the winters salt and dirt. I called to complain and the lady said bring it in anytime. I finally had the chance to drop it off today months later. Let's see how they do on repairing this. **Update ** Pick up my truck around 4:30 same day looked it over and seen improvements immediately. I did get under the truck to check 100% (but I'm changing the oil today so I will be under it to look.) They washed the truck and said that they put some coating on the paint so I wont have to wax it for 5 years. Which was a nice. I changed my rating from a one star to four. After I change my oil that might change too. Thank you to Alexis at the front desk.
Albany Rentals
BEWARE. For $399 you’ll be told they will “detail your car.” My car was “detailed” by the Albany location without them opening the hood, trunk, or gas fill. They provided the same poor service on my prior experience and sadly I purchased a block of 4 details from them. I feel you can find much much much better service elsewhere for this price level. You decide. Here are the pix. Btw, I emailed the manager 2x about the issues and received no response.

If you are thinking of getting your vehicle done here do it get it done it is a great investment without a doubt. The staff are awesome people and they are more then happy to assist in whatever you need and also very flexible. I am very happy that I got my truck done there and now my grandmas car as well. Makes the vehicle look as new as the day it came off the lot.

Pretty good job on the detail and undercoating. I'm sure by seeing the results that my truck is very protected against rust. Missed a big confetti mess behind the seat and need to work on masking for the coating but other than that A+ quality!!! 😃
