We had looked at furniture at 2 other places before coming to Old Brick; at the first, the furniture was lovely but a bit over our budget and at the second the prices were much lower but so was the furniture quality. At Old Brick we found the furniture was good quality and the prices were reasonable. Our sales person, Adela was great and gave us space to browse but also answered any questions we had. Thank you Old Brick. We'll be back when we need furniture again and will certainly recommend you.

The service we received today from our salesperson Cynthia was excellent. She spent over an hour with my wife and I as we purchased a custom made dining room table. She answered all of our questions and even called the sales representative from the company that makes the table we were ordering to clarify some of the questions we had as well as to make sure the order was done perfectly. Everyone we interacted with at the store was friendly and helpful.

Quality Furniture at Reasonable Prices Old Brick Furniture & Mattress Co. offers unique furniture compared to other stores we've found in the Albany area. And while some may not agree, we find the prices to be quite acceptable. It's my understanding that the staff works off shared commissions so they aren't fighting over each other to get to you nor do they hound you as you shop through their huge warehouse location. We purchased a few items and opted for their white glove delivery service. Both the sales and delivery teams were professional and helpful. We'll be back for more!

Sam was the perfect amount of helpful. He gave us enough direction to show us what we were looking for and enough space to discuss our options. We came for a pull out sofa and left with a sofa and a cabinet. Both will be delivered this week which is exciting. Having shopped around, many companies are delivering 3-6 months or more. Very happy with the product, the price and the service and would definitely recommend to friends.
