Staff was welcoming and very pleasant answered all my questions, when loading my van I had other furniture I had picked up earlier that day they took it all out and arranged the van so that my table chairs and bench would fit and I wouldn’t have to make a second trip which helped me out a lot and I greatly appreciated my table is now put together and I love it ! I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend American freight to anyone who’s looking for good service and good quality furniture.

So I thought I would have to wait two weeks for my new furniture. But nope one week later. Thanks Tanya and rob y’all both did a great job at helping me.. mind you when I 1st went there Tanya really took out the time to help me find everything I really wanted and didn’t just offer what was in the store at that time thank u 🥰🥰

What a terrible place to shop the people that work here has no customer service at all, stop by today to buy a couch waited 15 mins for rep to get off his phone to help us, just to be told they don’t have it in stock we ask to see something similar he pointed to the first couch he say and said that it. Didn’t ask if he could help us with choosing something else or assist us at all. So went old brick furniture and spent my $4000 there. Highly recommend them great people and wonderful customer service.
