My fiance has had a claim processing since MARCH 2022, its August 2022! I called my insurance and there is no claim. I called Cambridge health and Brenda M. from billing stated it was still processing. How can it be processing when other claims go through without any issues? I requested to speak with a supervisor and Brenda asked to speak with my fiance, the patient. After conferencing him in she explained the issue and suggested that he call back in 30 business days. There is absolutely NO WAY I am waiting until October to get this resolved. I will personally NEVER go here because they don't know how to process claims. I am also going to seek out other offices who are in-network with my insurance so my fiance and I don't experience this again. Update 09/02/2022: I posted this on 08/31/2022 and filled out the form provided below from CHA. This is now being resolved.

Absolute nightmarish experience in the ER. Guess it’s just normal practice to make patients wait 4 hours just to be gaslit and told nothing’s wrong. Go anywhere else.

I just called the primary care now, following my doctor's orders, and they simply hung up the phone in my face! Because she want to change to another hospital, and i said, it’s up to you. I’m just following what they told me to do . Then she hung up the phone in my face !!!

I called up to get seen by my doctor which I got no appointment opening until oct that is 2 months away. So I was can you call the ER tell them Im coming I got no. So now I have to sit her waiting hours and have to pay higher prices because the hospital cant hire more staff. Ill be reporting this to my insurance company for CHA failures to better take care of people.

For medical records, go to the hospital ask where medical records are and you tell them what you need. You'll fill out a form. I had to get some and she was nice and had them done within 2hrs, which is fast. Years ago they'd tell u come back in a week.
Ask your provider for the information that will get you a free MyChart account. It has your appointments, test results, and a messaging system which most CHA providers respond to within a day.
I'm not to sure what insurance CHA accepts but you can call them and find out
