The worst ever in the entire New Jersey, beware they will try ways to hold your money and will never return your deposit. Never ever go for this. Terrible experience.!!!!

The apartments are priced fairly and look really great in the photos and very spacious with most utilities and washer and dryer included cant beat that!!! Moreover, although I was unable to rent here the office staff was very kind to include Corinne, Judi and Joan. They answered my questions promptly and had excellent customer service skills. Definitely recommend this complex.

It's always best to call for up-to-date apartment-specific prices. They have 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and also duplexes, with different layouts and different prices. According to apartments.com, their current rates (March 2021) are: 1 bed/1 bath apts from $1270-1395, 2 bed/2 bath apts from $1,670 – $1,765, and 2 bed/1 bath duplexes from $1,725 – $1,770. There are also minimum income requirements (a combined income of $50-55K/yr for a 1 bed, a combined income of $60-65K/yr for a 2 bed, or having an eligible cosigner, if approved [must be a relative whose income is $10K/yr or more than the minimum requirement, have good/great credit, and own a property in NJ]), credit and criminal history checks (non-refundable $60/adult, with good/great credit), and an application fee ($100, refundable for up to 3 business days, non-refundable after that). If approved, there's a deposit (1.5 months' rent) + 1st month's rent. I believe there's also a township fee ($50). Happy apartment hunting!

The best thing to do is to contact the local school and/or the school district superintendent's office. They'll be able to provide you with all the up-to-date information you may need regarding transportation and any other school-related concern. https://www.nbtschools.org/
I've been trying to get into a duplex. Very long wait list. Essentially 3 bedroom
Water and Garbage/Recycling and Parking included. Electric and gas are not.
