They refuse to let me order the contact lenses with the scan prescription which my doctor send to me. They just said they never accepted scanned prescription. But the last time I ordered the contact lenses just with the picture of the prescription. Very bad attitude from the people in the Vision Center. Just order online, never go there!

I wanted to get prescription lenses on my existing frames. COSTCO Opticals wants new frames to make lenses. I think COSTCO Opticals is running a scam by requiring customers buy frames which may not be required. I thought we take COSTCO membership to get low cost goods and services. This review is for the North Brunswick NJ Optical Center.

Yeah, don’t expect anyone to pick up the phone. I called for 40 minutes straight. Just unbelievably lazy sheesh.

The optometric assistants and the doctor are AMAZING! They are all very kind and knowledgeable, I recommended everyone going here

They are open whenever the store is open. They may not pick up if they are unstaffed due to illness or understaffed and too busy to pick up. Try calling the manager of the store if that happens.
