I have lived at Kensington Park Apartments since 2018 and I absolutely love this place! While it may not be the cheapest apartment complex in the area, it is definitely the best maintained. There is never any garbage in the lot or on sidewalks, the grasses are mowed regularly, if you’re on a first floor apartment, the company they hire to maintain the grounds will actually blow away any leaves or items that are on your patio leaving it nice and clean. The manager, Bob, is so helpful and has always been quick to get back to me with any calls or emails. While there have been minor inconveniences, my husband and I overall love our time here. Two pools, a giant lake, a playground, sand volleyball court, carports, garages, friendly staff and spacious apartments, you can’t go wrong with Kensington. I have done extensive research into apartments in our area and Kensington always wins. They offer huge closets and a lot of counter tops in the kitchen which not many places have. It’s a huge plus. Maintenance comes right away if you have an issue and it’s always been free and quick.

Mold Mold and more Mold. Maintenance good. Bob Neidenhaus manager sends inspection notices 4 times a year. They say to change filter and check fire hose in kitchen. Something FD does. Girl no longer in office said he really does it to check for non residents and animals ppl don't report. Keep going. Unseen Mold, no place to walk as cars block sidewalk. Everest the owner needs to be notified. Does he ever change clothes? Smells.

My experience at Kensington so far has been great, my girlfriend has lived here for 2 years and she’s loved it and not had any issues. The few maintenance requests she’s had to put in we’re resolved quickly. Bob is really great to work with and a pleasure to talk to! I’m happy I get to become a full time resident here!

My husband and I really liked Kensington. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. The apartment was the perfect size for us and our Aussie. The maintenance team was fantastic. We had a water problem & they came out and fixed our wall and carpet ASAP. The neighbors are extremely friendly, & I always felt safe. My husband worked the opposite shift I did so I’d go on runs by myself and always felt safe on the property. The management team I thought communicated events, news, and changes with policies with COVID-19 effectively & timely. Our move in went smoothly, & our move out did as well. I highly encourage all future residents to read the lease entirely. The management team do a good job at addressing charges so nothing comes as a surprise. However, it’s up to us as a resident to do our due diligence and read the entirety so we understand as well. On top of our base rent we had our pet fee, Duke bill and CUBS. Just make sure to budget according. Duke bill ran us between $40-$60.00, and CUBS remained around $60.-$70. A month. I highly recommend Kensington to anyone. My husband & I loved our cute apartment, and will miss the friendly faces around the property.
