This apartment complex raises rent every year with no improvements. The place is roach and mold infested, a organization came out to support the people living in the complex and thats when they decided to send exterminators but the problem of pests will never go away they live in the walls and come through the outlets. You will put orders in for help and not hear back for ages. These apartments are terrible and wouldn’t recommend at all.

Moved in a couple of weeks ago. Love the new apartment brand new flooring, freshly painted walls etc. Some damage on move in, nothing too bad. Stephaniee was my agent during the entire process, and she was prefect! 10/10 would recommend dealing with her if looking to move here. She was incredibly accommodating, and was very helpful.

I lived here for 3 years. It is cheap rent relatively close to UC, but that is the only upside. Gaslight Property does not care about maintenance issues, for example a wooden bar in my closet broke and it was replaced with a broom handle. Furthermore, there is always a shortage of parking and even after multiple requests Gaslight would not tow any cars from the lot. Finally, there are routine utility shutoffs in this building to fix seemingly never ending issues.

Pretty ok for Clifton housing. The complex was bought by Towne properties just before I moved in and they were putting good money into renovations. Pros: Pretty quiet overall. Decent amount of residents are seniors, families, or quiet grad students. Plenty of grass for pets to use the bathroom and a pool that is rarely used. Property manager is really nice. Cons: Parking is generally full and my wife fell on the ice at least twice. Few washers and dryers and not cheap. Hallway tends to wreak of smoke. Several code violations occurred in my apartment when I lived there for a year. Emergency maintenance guy was never in a rush to help either.
