had three different apartments threw them, had rats and mouse in two of them , doesn't fix things when need it at all, always lying about not having no where to move you when your unit is not up to part or safe to live in, Apartment looks nice at first then every thing breaks

Brickstone is now P.O.A.H. I am a tenant, my apartment is real nice but the management of P.O.A.H is terrible. People is selling crack in our building, outsiders are using our exits for toilets our building isn't being cleaned like it should. It seems all P.O.A.H cares about is the rent. Yes the police had been called but I can't tell if it's working. Our building is supposed to be secure but it isn't the lock on the door is easily gotten through. If I could I would fire management and ask for Dan who was management for Brickstone. It was nicer when he was in charge. Everyday when I get home from work I feel scared because drugs bring guns and people who don't care. That's my fear because one day I could walk in on a drug deal gone bad and get caught in the middle. It's sad to live this way right in the OTR where you think it would be better to live.
