Mostly working from home right now has been a struggle for a lot of people as we progress through the year. It has become a comfort for me thankfully. I take pride in my home "office" to say the least. So when I noticed my toilet was leaking I was very upset and immediately called maintenance. Aaron was the maintenance worker that was sent out. He took my problem very seriously and was very professional as I continued to work in the background. I am beyond grateful for his help, and beyond grateful that CMC Properties hires top quality people! Thank you again Aaron!!

I want to say that the new maintenance man Aaron is amazing. He makes sure that everything that was placed on the work order is done correctly. Previously the maintenance man "jimmy rigged" things, left things undone. I rarely call for maintenance to my apartment but this week I had to place a work order because the Air Conditioner was leaking major water and I didn't want the carpet to mold he came right in and noticed that the air conditioner hasn't been maintained in years so he replaced it with a new one....no more leaking!!! He also fixed the bathroom sink that hasn't been right after it was "Jimmy rigged"...No more issues. And lastly, Last winter I had a Mole Rat come through the wall behind the sink and it had chewed through the hose on the dishwasher and he is fixing it now. I truly appreciate someone who genuinely cares about working smarter not harder. What would really be nice would be to have the Maintenance Man Aaron live onsite so if the tenants need him he will be right here. Just a suggestion. Oh don't let me forget to add his Personality and Professionalism is A100%

I moved in a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier! Shawn, the property manager, is amazing. He’s professional, knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. The apartment and price is great! Everything I asked to be taken care of was completed ASAP and completed successfully the first time. The apartment was incredibly clean when I moved in which I really appreciated. Tim from CMC properties came to my apartment to take care of a couple things and he is wonderful and excellent at his job. Everyone I’ve met related to the care of this property has been excellent and professional. Thank you for making my new home so welcoming and easy!
