Slow service At first but then picked up, but the food was horrible. I got mahi mahi tacos and sweet potato fries and didn’t make a dent in my plate. Unseasoned, chewy fish, not fully cooked sweet potato fries.

Ambiance and service was exceptional. Food was good. 2nd family affair celebrated here and both times we were totally satisfied.

Very poor service I probably would never go there again. The waiter was very rude and disrespectful. Once I told the manger about my problem she got mad at me and didn’t make matters any better. I think this place is just rude this is the 3rd time.

I've always had a good experience. It's just not a place you can rush through. It's more of a laid back approach to dinner. Good portions, reasonable prices.

Yes they are. Outside stairs to top deck are gone but the atmosphere is still there, Awesome!

i would go in the early afternoon when things are slow.

Why was the menu on line different from the one we were given in your restaurant? Manager said it was because of my old phone. I have checked the menu on several devices and all had the same wrong menu.

I have no idea about the incorrect menu, but every meal I have gotten at Shiloh's has been delicious! Sorry about the menu confusion. Hopefully you enjoyed your meal.
