I would definitely contact mud monsters or stop by there. If you don't have fish & just the fountain I'd try to clean it with vinegar.
Hello, Thank you for contacting us. Certain pump models and pump types can be repaired, but not all, and it also depends on exactly what the problem is. If at all possible I recommend bringing the pump in to us so that we can determine what can be done for it. If you need someone to come out and service the pump we would be happy to refer a qualified contractor to you that can take of that for you.
