I have found the best caregiver for my mother by using Home Instead. She is kind, compassionate and patient beyond words. I feel safe leaving mom with her. UPDATING on 11/16/2021. Our caregiver arrives on time, through terrible weather and traffic, and continues to offer thoughtful care of mom. What a blessing! UPDATING 10/12/2022 The hospice care that mom's caregiver Adrianna gave was above and beyond. She taught (all along, for 2.5 + years) me how to care for mom as competently (I hope!) and capably as she was caring for her. She was a great teacher for me, as well as a great friend to my mother; A blessing for our family.

Do not trust this company to care for your family or think you can rely on them to follow through with their scheduling promises or payment system!! David who works in scheduling couldn’t be more unpleasant or unprofessional, he is extremely rude to clients and staff and after reporting his horrible treatment, the owner (his relative ) canceled our entire contract !!! Unbelievable!!! I will be reporting them to the health department as well!! Do not use this company!!!

Low salary. It's shocking how most caregiving companies want to pay experienced caregivers the bare minimum. We are the backbone of the company and its hard work, although rewarding. New Mexico in general pays below average. A caregiver should make a minimum of $12/hour. Pay well for hard workers & you won't have a revolving door of workers.
