I’ve been living at Sycamore Place Lofts for over 10 years. I love it! I typically walk everywhere but it’s super convienent to the highways when I need to drive. I have no desire to move to the boring suburbs. I’ll be living at Sycamore Place for many many more years. Carla and her team in the office are very friendly and helpful!!

I lived in a studio layout T from July 2017 to July 2021 and absolutely loved every minute of it!! It's honestly unheard of to find a studio as large as mine was (~575 sq ft) and it always felt incredibly spacious. Though an old and historic building, the units have a certain charm to them that don't feel outdated, cold or dingy. I adored my high ceilings, huge windows and exposed brick! Perfect location. I felt extremely safe as a female in her midtwenties. 10 minutes walking to OTR, the Banks and virtually any other part of downtown. Down the street from 71 and a few blocks from 75 and 471. Everyone in the building is SO friendly. I remember the day I moved out my parents were taken aback by how many people knew my name or expressed sadness that I was leaving -- truly felt like a community! I had a few isolated maintenance incidents over the years but someone was always quick to arrive on the scene - one time at 10pm at night! I'd recommend anyone to live there! I definitely still would be if I hadn't moved out of state.
