Employees are nice and kind, but could find clothes cheaper somewhere else. Also stupid company policy is ALL RETURNS go back as store credit. Regardless if they were made in Cash or Card. Will only be going back to use my Store Credit and then NEVER COMING BACK.

I just bought a pair of Adidas sneakers an hour ago, got home and checked Adidas website. They were $15 less ($65 at Bobs versus $50 at Adidas). Bob's will not honor price matching nor will they give me my money back, only store credit. I will NEVER go back to Bobs. That's lousey customer service.
