I wanted to wait to review until after I had lived here for a while. After 6 months I simply cannot speak highly enough about The Cliffs. I've had a lot of bad landlords, and lived in a lot of crummy apartments--neither of those things apply here (2br 1ba). The apartments are close to everything but tucked back which keeps them quiet. Covered parking spots are a lifesaver, especially with children. Maintenance is incredibly quick and take pride in their jobs. I recommend The Cliffs to all of my friends, and so should you.

I lived at The Cliffs for a decade. Yes, that long. I couldn't find a reason to move because I had no qualms with the apartment and complex. Chelsea Garnett is a wonderful property manager. She is amicable, hardworking, attentive, and genuinely cares about the happiness of her tenants. The rest of the staff and maintenance team were equally cordial and responsive. I simply moved for a change of scenery and deal I could not refuse.

Well, I lived here for a total of 16 months. Initially I was EXTREMELY pleased. During my residency, my concerns were taken care of in a some-what timely manner. Until I moved out last month. I was instructed by an office employee that it wasn’t necessary to get the carpet shampooed (although I had informed her of a 3x3 inch old LIGHT paint mark and told her I was getting it cleaned ) and that said mark wouldn’t effect the return of my deposit pending everything else was good. I’m a professional house cleaner with my own private company and the apartment was left spotless....minus the carpet I was told NOT TO WORRY ABOUT. Now I’m being charged $659 for new carpet for the ENTIRE apartment because of a 3x3 inch spot they “claim” the carpet cleaning company refused to clean. Not fair at all. When it comes to vacating your apartment, be very vigilant about the state of it or you too will get screwed. I’m in process of taking legal action!!!

The Cliffs are a really great apartment complex in Cincinnati. It is the perfect place for a graduate student or young professional. The rents are reasonably cheap for the quality of the apartment. The management staff are really great people. Kate and Chelsea are super friendly and incredibly helpful. The head of the facilities Eric is very nice and fast to fix any issues. The building has ZERO bugs. My apartment is completely quite. I am so happy to have found this place and will miss it when I move!
