Staff is very rude. If you hate your job so much, find something else! Ask for sauce, you get none and when you kindly repeat - now there's an eye rolling disease. This isn't the first encounter with their rude staff. Last episode, my banana cream mixed with my chicken tenders because of poor packing, rushing, and taking no accountability.

What is going on with Popeyes? Yeah, the sandwich is good. But it is no better than main competitors sandwich. I guess paying $3.69 for a beverage or 5 bites of a side dish appeals to others more than me. Also, I can get in and out of any of the competitors restaurants in my city in 5 minutes. If I go to a Popeyes I have to have 30-40 minutes free if I'm even going to try it. I'm glad you brought the spicy rice back, I love it. My dad loved it. But the wait and the prices make Popeyes a pass for me.

Ordered 8 pcs dark meat only and received 8 pcs white meat. Asked for sweet heat and ranch sauces and they gave me one of each, I then asked for 3 of each more and they gave me two of each because, and I quote "that's all I can give". If that's the case I wouldn't mind to pay for it but they didn't say anything. They were slow because the fries were not done but still after all the wait they did the order wrong. I tried calling because I leave far from the store I went and got the fax machine. Really disappointed on this shift today. 😡
