Don’t believe the reviews. The same people giving 1 star still come and donate here, they just let one bad experience ruin their time lol. I’ve been here for two years now and when there has been a problem it’s never has been a negative outcome. I usually still get paid and or I have to come back. The staff their is nice too. Thank you CSL.

The staff was nice. Robert,Alysia and Justin were great!

Never had a problem with the donation process, my issue is with the referral process. I’ve contacted the customer support people multiple times and they still haven’t added the 5000 points to my igive rewards thing. They don’t care about the donors at all so they won’t care, but I’ve decided to wait the proper time and switch to a different plasma company, just out of spite. I even convinced 4 friends to switch away from CSL OUT OF MY SUPPORT. Going to tell everyone I meet to never go to CSL. Don’t ever support a company that doesn’t support their customers. Final

If you move to an address that they have blacklisted, they will ban you from donating, regardless of what your actual living situation is. This is "following the letter of the law" in the most ridiculous way possible, and it's honest people who genuinely need the extra income who end up hurt by it. Also, the manager called later to tell me I could bring a lease in to demonstrate the stability and legitimacy of my residence. However, when I went in and asked for her, a subordinate told me she was busy, and that bringing the lease was pointless anyway. So thank you, Tatiana, for wasting my time and gas in addition to denying me service.

$75.00..its goes like this 1st-75, second, third, and fourth you receive 50 and the fifth you will receive 75
The place is clean the staff is professional the should give more for the donation. The mark up is not fair $30 for the donation .....200% mark up is a joke at least take of the staff.....I under stand its a German owned Corp .......
The new donor pay scale is 75,50,50,50,75... but if you tell them Cameron d. Referred you .you will receive additional 5 dollars on your first visit only. so receiving 80 the first visit.i am a phlebotomist there hope to see you there
Yes. And an ID, as card and a bunch of other stuff. They will take any opportunity to disqualify you. They don't want to work. And plan to spend all day there your first visit.
Same day rite after you donate.
Joshua Moore you are totally correct about CSL plasma they disqualify you for anything they can find, plus CLS picks and chooses who they let donate even if you're overly
$50 each time for the first time. After that, it depends on your weight and how often you donate. If you donate once a week, you get $20. If you donate a second time, you get an additional $25-$35 depending on your weight.
What Miguel said! Just finished donation #8 last week!
You don't have to wait that long. You just go up to the counter and let the reception tech know that need to be transferred and they will be able to transfer you in 2 to 3 mins. I hope that helps you and thank you for your donation ❤
They do a great job staff friendly place is spotless... can be in a rush when you go there...its for a great cause
Yes with modified hours.
They give you a debit card and it's the only way to get the money and it's a pain in the ass.
50 bucks first 5 donations and you can donate 2 times a week....1st donation is a little bit longer doing a quick physical......bpl plasma gives 60 for first 5 times
800 for new donors for the first 8 donation. Then 55 and 65 for regular donors
Depending on if you are a new donor or not. Any where from $100 - $60
No you do not get cash in hand, it's put on a card that is given to you and you can go to wa wa and take it off for free once per deposit
Because they are severely understaffed currently.
it provides a huge service to the medical community in supplying plasma which aids many health conditions. Csl is just one place that compensates its donors
He is absolutely correct that's exactly what do you want me to get you are a first-time donor or have not donated I know you. I'm over 6 months I think.
I think a couple of months. No more than 6 months.
In Florida you do.
Yes, $100 per donation
They advised me that while water is best, anything but alcohol and soda is generally okay. I will say from experience that the more water you have in you, the faster your donation goes.
Depends when and how many times you have gone. Price drops faster if you go to many times in a row and if you spread it out it stays the same for the first 5 visits. I received 75 for first 5 and than 35 for last 5
They might be busy but most of their info can be found online n their hours are posted here on google maps.
Twice
No they open back up tomorrow 3/19
No appointment needed. Walk in and register with the front desk if its your first time if not then use one of the kiosks.
You'd have to go in an speak with a nurse. They will not give any kind of health information or advice over the phone for privacy reasons.
You receive your donation money on a Visa debit card, after you finish donating. On the days that you donate you get one free transaction, to lets say buy something and get cash back. If you do any transactions after the one free, then yes there is a fee. If you use an ATM there is a fee, if you use one outside their network. I usually wait until my last donation day at the end of the month, and pull all the money off in one transaction for free at one of their ATMs.
2-3 hours first time ..... Normally 1 1/2 -2 next visit
Mail yourself a letter. Must have be postmarked to your current address.
No bonus ....$30 +2 extra each time you go till end of the month then same the next month ....l recommend it ... It truly saves quality of life
30 to 48 dollars depending how many times you have been in a month
Yes at least two hours..
To be on the safe side i would print one out
Ive replaced mine more than twice. Just talk to them. Calling would work also but they can be a little busy.
New donors get $50 per donation for the first five donations, as long as they are done within a 30 day period. After that it's based on your weight. You can donate twice within a 7 day period with at least one day between donations. For example you can donate Tuesday and Thursday but then not again until the following Tuesday. They can explain more in detail.
Nope.
Heather King
Currently $50 for your first 5 donations. You have to do all 5 within 30 days though
'til your hearts content.....
Depends on the day. Being short staffed, particularly up front and later in the day, is very common. Most of the ladies are trying to do more than one persons job
On weekends 4 p.m.
I would go to bplthis place is not run very honestly! If you go read everything you sign, and do not believe anything they say!
You can give twice a week but must have at least one day between them. For example: Monday and Wednesdays. They have so many people donating now though that you have to have close to 2-3 hours to go from when you 1st get there and then leave. They also are giving less $ than before since they have a lot of donations now. Yet they get close to a $1k for each donation from insurance companies. Taking advantage of the poor people.
Id, ss card, and current proof of address like recent mail within last 30 days.
Normal. Only Thanksgiving, Christmas eve and day and new year's eve and day have different hours.
I believe a month
noon
Not open on xmas
? Time limit? Ive been in and out in an hour... Been there for 3 1/2 hours... Choose your donation times wisely.
Yes they will accept as long as you have current mail in last 30 days and your ID name matches print out...
I don't believe so.
Was the previous place a CSL location? And was the time before your last donation at least a week ago from today? If both answers are yes and you have proof of your new address i would say you are highly eligible, but only they could answer for certain.
If you call they can answer most of your questions rather fast.
That would be a great question for their medical staff. They have a list of medications that you read before you actually sign up
You would have to speak with an medical staff associate for that answer
If you donate at a CSL at home, you can donate while you are in town visiting family.
You can send yourself an envelope through the mail.
No it doesn't if they're good at what they do the staff they have now are pretty spot on doesn't hurt a bit
The process is at vitals less than 5 min per person so realitively the line moves quick but usually 2 to 3 workers are doing it.
Once every other day but no more than twice a week.
65 years
Yes they're open today
Yes
Not sure. Sorry i could not help further.
I am not sure but you definitely call them. I am sorry i could not have been much help to you .
