Very friendly and courteous, everyone was working hard it seemed like. Didn't have the socket for my oil filter so couldn't get a change but they topped it off for me and were very nice about it and directed me to another location. I recommend this store they are very professional. I do hope that they get the socket needed so I could actually get my oil changed there.

A worker by the name of candy had me, she recommended a different oil change then the normal, upselling me by 40 dollars, I did not give her the clear to go with that one, but instead started it anyways before I had a chance to say no or choose another option, as I had asked her to wait a minute so I could call my dad. This resulted in me spending way more then I wanted to, and now I won't be coming back. impatient customer service and unfair upcharge was the main problem.

The guys were awesome. Kept me informed throughout the whole process. Very fun and polite. This is where I'll be getting my oil change from now on. Very happy with the whole thing.

My husband and I went and got an oil change a couple weeks ago and we had Dom service us and even considering the line we waited in Dom was quick and super nice and even made us aware of a recall we have on our car. 2 thumbs up to Dom for his work! @Billy you didn’t even say what services you went to get done which is what people really want to know in a review. I also find it weird that you know Dom’s full name considering all it says on his shirt is Dom. Also didn’t know he was the assistant manager when he assisted us. So your comment seems personal to me. Maybe keep your beefs off professional business reviews. So people can actually see a review regarding service and not your personal dramas.
